Saziya reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation. We assure you that communication regarding the cancellation of an order or refund will be promptly communicated.

• You can cancel your order from the “My Orders” section in your account before it is dispatched.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse to accept the shipment, and the amount will be refunded to your account.
• A full refund, including any shipping charges, will be credited to your account
