Cancellation Policy

Saziya reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation. We assure you that communication regarding the cancellation of an order or refund will be promptly communicated.

  • You can cancel your order from the "My Orders" section in your account before it is dispatched.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse to accept the shipment, and the amount will be refunded to your account.
  • A full refund, including any shipping charges, will be credited to your account.
