Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under ₹2000 at all serviceable pincodes.

How do I submit a return or exchange request?
  • Go to the "Place Your Return/Exchange Request" section on the website or [click here](#) to initiate a return/exchange request for your order.
  • Enter the required details as prompted.
  • Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Please note that return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to confirm your request.

Additionally, all returned products must be unused and undamaged, and should be returned with their original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Are there any extra fees for returns or exchanges?

A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for any return orders.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Currently, we do not deliver items outside of India. However, you can place an order from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
