Returns Exchange & Refund
Return / Exchange Request
To start a return or exchange, log in to the Saziya website with your registered mobile number, go to "My Orders," select the item you want to return or exchange, and click on "Return/Exchange."
Pack Your Order
All returned products must be in unused and undamaged condition, and they should be properly packed with their original packaging and tags included.
Reverse Pickup
Your order will be scheduled for pickup by our trusted courier partners within 2-3 working days, ensuring swift and efficient service.
Refund Processed
Once the product is verified, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exchange
We are dedicated to ensuring that your jewellery order meets your expectations. If you receive an incorrect item or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can exchange your piece within 7 days of delivery.
- Saziya will arrange pickup within 2-3 working days upon your request.
- Ensure all products are unused and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Products not meeting these conditions will be returned to the pickup address.
- If the desired product is unavailable, you may request a refund as per our refund policy. No other product exchanges are permitted.
Returns
We are committed to bringing you the latest in fine jewellery at accessible prices, crafted from high-quality materials. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or simply doesn't bring you joy, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
We facilitate pickup through an easy online return process:
- Log in to your account on www.saziya.com
- Navigate to 'My Orders' select the order and click Return Product
Shipping and COD charges from your original order are non-refundable.
A shipping charge of Rs. 59 will be deducted from your refund for reverse pickups.
Important Points to Remember
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Your pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 working days.
- All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Refunds are subject to meeting the conditions mentioned above; returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
In case of receiving a Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, kindly email us a photograph of the Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing product. Failure to notify us may result in the return not being processed.
Refund Policy
Amount Refund
- If you cancel the order, the full amount, including shipping and COD charges (if any), will be refunded to you.
- For returns, shipping and COD charges from your original order will be deducted. Additionally, a reverse shipping charge of Rs. 59 will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Mode of Refund
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the same account used for the purchase. Once we receive the product, processing takes 1-2 working days. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account specified when placing the return request. The amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days upon details confirmation.
- Wallet Method: If incorrect bank details are provided, we will notify you. If no response is received within 7 days, the amount will be transferred to your Saziya Wallet.
Refunds to E-wallets will be credited within 2 working days after receiving the order.
Once a refund is processed to the Saziya Wallet, it cannot be reversed to your bank account.
Any used or inappropriate products received in returns will be sent back to the customer, with shipping charges applicable.
If your pincode is not serviceable for returns, you must self-courier to the specified warehouse address.
